- Mortar layer thickness: 1.2 – 2.0 cm
- The chimney may be put into operation no earlier than 7 days after installation
- Before first use, gradual drying (gentle heating) is recommended
- Only fire-resistant materials suitable for the intended application may be used for finishing
- After installation, the chimney must be inspected and approved by a certified chimney sweep, who issues an acceptance certificate
- When connecting to metal pipes, a special adapter for ceramic chimneys must be used
- Proper ventilation and air supply in the room must be ensured during operation
- Do not exceed the operating parameters specified by the heating appliance manufacturer
Installation and Safety Requirements
- Installation must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable building regulations
- If installed along an external wall, the chimney must be reinforced with 8 mm reinforcement bars
- Reinforcement channels must be filled with liquid mortar
- If the chimney extends more than 1.5 m above the roof, additional reinforcement is required
- If it exceeds 3 m above the roof, the chimney must be reinforced and additionally secured with 3 guy wires
- The above-roof section must be protected from atmospheric exposure using appropriate finishing solutions
Maintenance and Operation
The chimney must be regularly cleaned and inspected in accordance with regulatory requirements to ensure safe and continuous operation
Warranty Conditions
The warranty for the chimney system is valid only if the complete chimney system is purchased and all installation and operation requirements are followed.
